Antique chair recovery, especially dining chairs, are fantastic to recover, the life that can be brought back into these dining chairs is amazing.
These dining chairs were exported from the United Kingdom and sent to us for renovating, they contained drop in seats and fixed backs. Our client enlisted the assistance of an interior decorator who guide her to the best fabric combination suitable for her home thus providing an additional delicate feature in their dining room.
We re-sprung the chairs and used high quality foam to provide a much more comfortable seating experience yet still keeping the traditional raised seat style, something our client was very keen to keep. Should you not enjoy the traditional spring style in a dining chair, you are welcome to have some modern webbing replaced instead and have the seat built up with foam for desired comfort.
The chairs arrived in excellent condition so there was not a lot of extra work necessary other than the upholstery side of the recovery however, we do provide polishing options should they be required. Whilst most of the recovery is completed in house, some polishing is outsourced to ensure your dining chairs receive the best quality of re polishing possible.
